This Museum of Modern Art exhibit displayed 120 everyday objects, such as paper clips and Band-Aids, to invite visitors to take a closer look and appreciate how these simple design masterpieces make our lives easier.
Working with the MoMA team, James’ challenge was how to showcase these ordinary items to make them extraordinary. His solution was to take extreme close-up photographs of some of the humble masterpieces and turn them into large posters, which would surround the exhibit to generate interest and draw visitors into the space.
Work completed while at the Museum of Modern Art.
